Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI)

Kenaidan’s distinctive mark has been placed on numerous projects in the ICI sector. Our experience includes commercial office and industrial buildings, sports and recreational venues, and education and residence facilities. Notably, we have constructed recreational centers for the 2015 Toronto Pan American Games and the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Many of these projects achieved LEED® certification, including Kenaidan’s LEED® Gold head office.
