Our Commitment
As part of our commitment to health and safety excellence and innovation, we have developed our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program based on our extensive project experience, which complements and exceeds local legislative and regulatory requirements. Kenaidan is committed to keeping practical and effective measures in place to protect the health and safety of all workplace parties. Our policy promotes this commitment through active participation of our organization from the top down, engaging each and every level to a committed goal of zero injuries.
Our Culture
Safety is integral to Kenaidan’s construction processes and is the foundation of our Core Values. Our organization recognizes the importance of employee empowerment programs to engage all employees in providing a safe work environment. Our team has created, endorsed, and supported Kenaidan’s Care Enough to Act (CETA) program for over ten years. The CETA program instills in workers the freedom and discipline to observe and evaluate their peers’ behaviours and to encourage others to modify unsafe behaviours. This principle enhances Kenaidan’s health and safety culture as it engages our employees and their participation as a component of the success of our health and safety performance.
Our People
Our biggest asset is our people, and their well-being is our
focus. Kenaidan Strong embodies our commitment to our team’s wellness, encouraging
development through annual initiatives, teambuilding events, corporate
benefits, training, and communication. These efforts cultivate our team’s well-being
under the program’s five pillars of wellness: physical, mental, social, community,
and financial.
